Treeby Retail

Actus have designed and documented a retail development which includes an IGA supermarket, Pharmacy, 3 specialty stores as well as a mezzanine level as a future provision for a health studio. Situated in the heart of the growing suburb of Treeby, the 8900 square meter lot incorporates ample carparking to service both the new supermarket, existing childcare facility, existing café and medical centre. Landscaping and artwork have been incorporated into the design which provide a connection and sense of community to the area. The project is currently under construction.
