Actus Associates were approached by Ballpoint Construction Group to be a part of their team for the documentation and coordination of works at TKD Meadow Springs and TKD Rockingham.

The builder was given a tight programme within which to deliver the refurbishment and fitout of the new stores. Actus assisted by producing accurate documentation for Building Permit within a very short window of time, delivering ahead of programme and allowing the builder and the rest of the consultant team to begin their works earlier. Actus were on hand ready to give prompt responses to RFI’s and general queries. The period between RFI’s, queries, or requests being received and instructions or drawings issued did not go over 1 business day.
