Moataz Hamde

REVIT Technician

Moataz is a registered architect with a multidisciplinary background and experience across commercial, health, mixed-use, multi-residential, and student housing projects. He brings a calm, methodical approach to all phases of design and delivery—navigating complex requirements and resolving challenges with care and precision.

His career began in large practice, where he built a strong foundation on major public projects. A strong listener and practical problem-solver, he focuses on delivering architecture that is considered, performs well, and responds to both context and user needs.

He works closely with clients, consultants, and contractors to ensure decisions are clear, coordinated, and informed by the realities of design, cost, and construction. His approach is grounded in universal design, contextually appropriate construction, and a belief that buildings should serve, endure, and quietly enrich daily life. He favours rational, sustainable strategies that respond to place and purpose, balancing emerging technologies with timeless principles.

Whether leading a project or supporting a team, he brings integrity, thoughtfulness, and quiet confidence to the task—and is committed to architecture that performs, respects its context, and contributes meaningfully to the built environment.
