Zenith Energy have been a long term client of Actus. Actus initially undertook feasibility studies to assist the management group to make an informed property decision. The Belmont site originally housed a warehouse and small single storey office space. The new development replaced the office area with a two storey, 1900m2 commercial building including open plan offices, training and meetings rooms, as well as two large communal breakout spaces.
