Sandfire Resources approached Actus for the fitout design of the expansion of their headquarters in West Perth. 

An initial brief was established based on staff numbers, staffing departments, as well as the technicalities around decanting and reshuffling staff. A detailed survey of existing furniture was done to establish what would be relocated and what would need to be ordered. 

Actus oversaw the tender and award to Ballpoint Construction and acted as superintendent for the works under contract.
