Actus Associates was engaged to design and lead Stage 2 Refurbishment as a continuation of Stage 1 Prindiville Hall refurbishment works.

Prindiville Hall Stage 2 scope of work includes refurbishment of the student kitchen, student hall, UAT and the addition of a Games Room, Green Room (Performing Arts), Break-out and study spaces (Chancellery), Mini-mart and a F&B kiosk for student and staff.  Stage 2 refurbishment was designed to revitalise existing redundant and underutilised spaces and to create connection of the student hall to the Fremantle streetscape and Malloy courtyard.
