The key design principles of this conceptual project were to create a better way of living for over 50’s. Freedom, safety and security, connection and belonging were at the forefront of our design strategy for this concept.

The design provides ample natural light, good solar orientation, is low maintenance with modern aesthetics and incorporates attractive landscaping and streetscapes. The overall site would include 75 homes sites, a modern resort style club house, pool, gym, sauna, and an easily identifiable welcoming entry this project sets the scene for creating a community with a sense of pride and aspiration.
