Hamersley Childcare was presented to us with pre-existing development approval and we were engaged to advance the plan set into construction documentation as part of a D&C contract. Working within the builders pre-costed brief, we were able to provide high quality, accurate construction documentation, specification and schedules for building permit and IFC. Material selections were carefully made to not only achieve the best aesthetic result and durability for the end user but also within the client briefs pricing parameters. We continued to provided support to the client/builder throughout the construction phase and are delighted that the building is now occupied.
