Actus Associates provided interior design and architectural services for their new corporate head office located in Welshpool.  This involved regenerating the tire old building into the start of the art facility that they currently occupy. 

The restoration involves works over three levels creating a modern, showroom, and office headquarters. Facilities included a new double height showroom abutting open plan office, championing access to natural light and innovated facilities such as collaborative pods, gym, travelling staff accommodation, and staff breakout / social zones
