Situated on just over 2300sqm and located in the heart of Byford on the corner of Beenyup Road and Dundatha Drive, Actus Associates have designed a new Cuddles Childcare catering for 90 children.  

Working closely with the developer and end user the design resolution incorporates 6 individual play spaces with ample outdoor adjoining play spaces. A free-flowing entry statement, with a wide secure corridor and open breakout and kitchen zones create a ‘home like’ and welcoming environment for both staff, children and parents.  

The large butterfly roof design internationally provides shade whilst also boldly presenting itself to the street. Soft tones in timber panelling and the use of brickwork contrast against formed concrete blades and tilt up panels. 

Overall the development will softly nestle within the Byford township landscape as a modern and functional amenity.
