Beaumont Tiles are a nationally recognised company based on the east coast who supply a wide range of bathroom fixtures and fittings, vinyl and laminate flooring, and tiles. Beaumont Tiles have over 110 stores across Australia but they did not have a footprint in Western Australia. Therefore, the Joondalup Store was to be the first of its kind in WA and part of an initial rollout of four stores in 2023 with the view of more stores in 2024 as part of an expansion program. We were appointed by Beaumont Tiles as their local consultant for all WA stores in 2023 in the role of construction tender procurement and building contract administration. The project was on a tight time frame with a construction program of six weeks to reach a published grand opening date. In addition to the tight program the project team also had the challenge of coordinating the delivery and installation of a high volume of interstate product items from multiple sources over a short period.

The project was successfully completed on time and on budget.
