Actus Associates were engaged for the design Development & Construction documentation for the 250-room resort has been designed to Platinum rating under the LEEDS Energy assessment criteria and will incorporate a bespoke building management system to optimise the reliance to the local services infrastructure. The design was heavy focused on end user experience to give them the absolute resort experience.
