Submitted as part of a tender for the site, Actus Associates prepared a design and presentation for a new neighbourhood centre in Perth's northern suburbs. 

With tight submission deadlines and a demand for quality work, the team at Actus produced a commercially viable and visually appealing design with multiple green initiatives including solar passive design principles, recycling centre, community gardens, and bio-retention basins. 

Borrowing motifs from Indigenous culture, a serpentine corten ribbon weaves and wraps around the development and serves as both way finding, signage, and public art.
