Actus Associates was engaged to conduct a rolling refurbishment of 18 & 22 Mount Street in Perth CBD to increase leasing opportunities. Scope of works included refurbishment of the lobby and facade to 18 Mount Street and the refurbishment of existing tenancies for 22 Mount Street.

The lobby upgrade features a curvaceous timber panel wall complemented with soft sweeps of lighting to give a minimalistic yet modern touch to the building entry.
